I am happy that the Whitman’s Pond Association invited me back for my third year in a row. The organizers told me that fishing derby participants liked the project and felt that the information was very valuable – many favorable comments.
I set up my tent and booth and handed out over 200 kits (containing a sample pack, a button, and a brochure) to participants. It was blisteringly hot that day!

Very cool. But i bet that about half the people there were using lead items such as weights. I still use them for fishing. I love your program, and its a very great thing to do and start. I live in the state of Wisconsin, and you should come to Walleye weekend here in Fond Du Lac, WI. You would have to make all the arrangements though. Walleye weekend is a weekend long fishing tourney, right on one of the largest freshwater inland lake is the us. Just a suggestion.
